We helped our friends at Kairoi reignite a metro-Denver multifamily community, Promenade Place, so it reflected the sophistication and maturity of its incoming residents. We learned that decision-conscious renters who were likely in the midst of a big life change were looking for a certain spark of motivation to fuel their next chapter in life. Through our work, we positioned Promenade Place as the springboard to a life centered at reliability and freedom. We let a polished color palette, effortless brand voice and captivating typeface do the majority of heavy lifting in this rebrand.
