We were tasked to reimagine the Water Tower Flats community in Olde Town Arvada, just outside Denver. Through our research, we found Millennial renters were looking to live amongst big-city spontaneity but also valued a balance of small town zest & solitude. Through our design and storytelling, we positioned Water Tower Flats as the doorway to a quintessential Colorado life, nestled in a neighborhood best-kept secret.
